Promoted by the European Commission, TOURISMlink provides a Europe-wide platform on which small travel businesses – such as hotels, restaurants and cafés – and travel agents or tour operators can connect and share information.

ZN was the communications partner for this 2-year project. Our objective was to promote the project, create awareness among small tourism businesses, and get their interaction.


To achieve this, we leveraged storytelling on the website and used social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest to reach the target audience. We built a steady growth of qualified visitors to our site, from zero to 15,000 returning visitors each month.

To get people to understand what TOURISMlink’s about, we created this plain English video.
