EPRA, the European Public Real Estate Association, is the voice of Europe’s listed real estate sector, actively representing it in public and political debate. More than that, EPRA also provides deep industry research and data while promoting best practices to help improve the general operating environment, along with the cohesion and strength, of the sector.

ZN Consulting was introduced to EPRA in 2016 when EPRA was looking to strengthen its brand presence. We created a new look and feel for EPRA’s brand identity: designing a new logo, refreshing its www.epra.com website and redesigning its industry newsletter. We also made a promotional video. To help EPRA maintain a strong and consistent brand identity, we also crafted branding guidelines, research templates and other brand materials, ranging from business cards to social media assets.

During that year, ZN also helped EPRA organise and develop the brand identity for its annual conference. We crafted the event’s landing page, and designed its backdrop, Twitter frames and 3D hashtags, along with the awards and certificates that were handed out during the event. We also attended the event, where we photographed it live.
