This meeting is recorded to support accurate documentation of discussions, decisions, and agreed actions. The recording and any transcript generated may be used to produce meeting notes, update our client records, and ensure continuity of service across our teams.
Recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration of our collaboration with your organisation and for up to 6 months after the formal end of the collaboration. Once this retention period has elapsed, recordings will be permanently deleted in accordance with our internal retention policy. Transcripts may be retained beyond this period in summary form where they document decisions or commitments that remain relevant after the collaboration ends.
