With a shrinking donor pool, nonprofits are constantly struggling to get more funds. Our client was in the same boat. From the branding work we did with them, we were able to establish their single-minded promise and saw a very clear red thread that people could believe in. That red thread stitched together all elements of their storytelling, from videos to articles to tweets.
We also built different personalities for their channels and told the stories in ways that fit each one. Then we focused on campaigning offline and online, selecting key activities to engage the audience and raise awareness. Everything put together contributed to the audiences’ journey and experience.
